  • If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect order by customer, the customer bears shipping costs

8. Warranty Claims

For warranty claims:

  • Repairs or replacement will follow the warranty terms provided with the product
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical damage due to power surges

Warranty processing times may vary depending on product type and supplier.


9. Order Cancellations

  • The order has not yet been shipped or dispatched

Once the order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.
