1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GadgetsBomba's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product. We strive to ensure product information is accurate but do not guarantee it.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation of order price. We accept mobile money payments (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and pay-on-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received.
4. Delivery
We offer free delivery within Dar es Salaam for orders above the minimum threshold. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return items within 7 days of delivery provided they are in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in original packaging cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Warranty
All products come with the standard manufacturer warranty. GadgetsBomba does not provide additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to post false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
GadgetsBomba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
